Our process
Learn how our process works, from customer service to design!
1. Knowledge
During this phase, we will get to know you and your business. After you contact us, we will send you a proposal developed based on your business. After the proposal is approved, we will sign the contract and you will make the first payment. Then, we will send you our briefing form, where you will answer some questions about your vision for the brand, what you expect, your tastes, your history, competitors, etc. And then we will begin the project! We will send you a document containing the mood board, which is essentially a collection of references and ideas that will be used to guide your brand.
2. Brand Development
After approving the mood board, we will send you a complete presentation created based on the approved references. You will receive a brand concept* (one version), which includes primary and secondary logos, submark, color palette, extra elements, patterns, and examples of your brand's application on external materials such as business cards, stationery, etc. This document will be presented at a meeting with Danilo and Nathanny, with both account management and design teams present.
We chose to send a brand concept because this way we have more time to explore and make sure we are sending you the strongest solution that best represents your business and who you are.
3. Refinement
This is the moment when you give us your feedback, and we arrive at a version that makes sense based on your input, if necessary. There is room for up to three rounds of refinements.
4. Brand Manual & Asset Portfolio
With your visual identity finalized, we develop the Brand Manual, which is a technical document specifying all the settings of your brand (fonts, positive/negative logos, patterns, etc.) and the Assets Folder, which is the folder containing all the files developed for your brand. That is, all the logos in all formats and colors, the chosen typefaces, and other supporting graphic elements of the brand.
5. Graphic Material
After the Visual Identity phase is complete, we move on to the next step: creating your graphic materials. You provide us with all your contact information, address, phone number, social media, website, etc. With all the collected data, the materials are developed and sent for your approval. The materials are delivered with crop marks and ready for printing.
