Our process
Learn how our process works, from client relations to design!
1. Discovery
During this phase, we get to know you and your business. After you contact us, we prepare and send a proposal tailored to your needs. Once the proposal is approved, we sign the contract and you make the initial payment. We then send our briefing form, where you answer questions about your vision for the brand, expectations, preferences, story, competitors, and more. From there, we begin the project. You will receive a moodboard document, which is essentially a collection of references and ideas that will guide the direction of your brand.
2. Brand Development
After approving the moodboard, we will send you a complete presentation created based on the approved references. You will receive a brand concept* (one version), which includes the primary and secondary logos, submark, color palette, additional elements, patterns, and examples of your brand applied to external assets such as business cards, stationery, and more. This document will be presented in a meeting with Danilo and Nathanny, covering both client relations and design aspects.
*We choose to provide a single brand concept to allow more time for exploration and to ensure we deliver the strongest solution that best represents your business and who you are.
3. Refinement
This is the stage where you provide your feedback, and we refine the brand to align with your input if needed. There is room for up to three rounds of refinements.
4. Brand Guidelines & Asset Folder
Once your visual identity is finalized, we create the Brand Guidelines, a technical document detailing all your brand’s specifications (fonts, positive/negative logos, patterns, etc.), and the Asset Folder, which contains all the files developed for your brand. This includes all logos in every format and color, selected typefaces, and other supporting graphic elements.
5. Graphic Materials
After completing the Visual Identity stage, we move on to the next step: creating your graphic materials. You provide us with all the necessary contact information, address, phone number, social media, website, etc. Using this information, the materials are developed and sent for your approval. The final materials are delivered with crop marks and fully prepared for printing.
